Rose Jackson, a 60-year-old woman, was tragically murdered on December 19, 1985. She was strangled to death in her home in St. Louis, Missouri. Jackson was known for her involvement in the Baptist Church and had served as an assistant prison chaplain in the early 1980s. Her connection to the church led her to interact with Jerry Lee Little Jr., a convicted felon who had spent much of his life behind bars.
