On a late Thursday afternoon in St. Louis, Missouri, the life of 49-year-old Milloria Washington was tragically cut short. On December 29, 2016, at approximately 3:45 p.m., Washington was seated in her car on the 4000 block of Delmar Boulevard when she was fatally shot.
