Eric Marrs, a 38-year-old male resident of Port Arthur, Texas, was fatally shot on June 28, 2020. Marrs sustained a gunshot wound to his lower torso while in the 3400 block of 32nd Street. He succumbed to his injuries the following day while in the hospital. The victim was able to provide police with some information about the gunman, describing him as a Black male in his late teens to early 20s, approximately 5-feet 8-inches to 5-feet 9-inches tall, with no facial hair, wearing a white tank top ...
