Eric Marrs, a 38-year-old male resident of Port Arthur, Texas, was fatally shot on June 28, 2020. Marrs sustained a gunshot wound to his lower torso while in the 3400 block of 32nd Street. He succumbed to his injuries the following day while in the hospital.
