Joseph Boudreaux, a 25-year-old man from Port Arthur, Texas, tragically lost his life on March 16, 2018. He was shot multiple times at the Avery Trace Apartments around 12:30 p.m. Boudreaux succumbed to his injuries later that day. The incident was witnessed by several people, and the investigation quickly led to the identification of a suspect.
