Lonnie Scott, a 54-year-old African American male, was found shot to death inside his Port Arthur home on August 10, 2021. The Port Arthur Police Department responded to a call about suspicious activity in the 2200 block of 17th Street. Upon arrival, officers discovered Scott's body inside his residence.
