Tuderriel Dwayne Richmond, a 36-year-old African American man from Port Arthur, Texas, tragically lost his life on December 7, 2014. Richmond was found fatally shot in a ditch in front of his home on 15th Street. The Port Arthur Police Department launched an investigation into his death, which revealed that Richmond was the victim of an aggravated robbery.
