Ronald "Fray" James Frazier, Jr., a 31-year-old African American man from Port Arthur, Texas, tragically died on August 25, 2021. Known affectionately as "Fray," he was a social butterfly who loved spending time with family and friends, and had a special fondness for children. He was recently blessed with his first and only child, Legend Frazier. Fray's life was cut short in a tragic incident that shook the community.
