Khoa Dang Nguyen, a 33-year-old Vietnamese-American man from Nederland, Texas, was tragically murdered on December 8, 2018, while fishing on Pleasure Island near Port Arthur, TX. Nguyen was shot multiple times by an unknown assailant while fishing near 3000 North Levee Road. After being shot, he attempted to drive away in search of help but succumbed to his injuries before his truck crashed into a guardrail near 1700 T.B. Ellison Parkway.
