Joe Dominguez, a 28-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on July 26, 2020, in Dallas, Texas. The incident occurred around 1:15 p.m. in the 700 block of Sabine Street. According to witnesses, Joe Dominguez was involved in a road rage incident with another driver.
