On November 12, 2020, William Earl Vance, a 29-year-old Black male, was found deceased on a street in South Dallas, Texas. Standing at 6'8", William was known for his basketball skills and gentle demeanor. He was a beloved uncle to his nieces, Serenity and Harmony.
