On January 15, 2023, 11-year-old De'Evan McFall tragically lost his life in Dallas, Texas. The incident occurred around 2 p.m. at the Signature at Southern Oaks Apartments in East Oak Cliff. According to Dallas police, a confrontation between two teenage girls escalated in the apartment complex's parking lot.
