Mark Anthony Noriega, a 39-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on August 15, 2019, in Dallas, Texas. Mark was born on April 30, 1980, and was known for his love of the Dallas Cowboys, his talent for drawing, and his dedication to his family. He was a protector with a big heart, always positive and trusting in God. Mark is survived by his wife, Michelle Silva, and his children, Brandy Salas, Destiny Irene Noriega, and stepdaughter, Amaris Silva.
