Mark Dean Burnough II, a 17-year-old male of African American ethnicity from Glenn Heights, Texas, tragically lost his life on April 26, 2017. He was fatally shot during an argument over an iPhone at an apartment complex in the 6900 block of South Cockrell Hill Road, near Interstate 20 in South Dallas. Burnough was transported to the hospital but succumbed to his injuries.
