Enrique Garcia-Mendoza, a 25-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on December 25, 2015, in Dallas, TX. He was fatally wounded while sitting in the back of a vehicle parked in front of Omar's Wheels and Tires, a Muslim-owned business. The incident occurred when Anthony Paz Torres, 30, approached the business and began shooting after being told by employees that the person he was looking for was not present.
