Arthur W. Stafford Jr., aged 22, was fatally shot on March 11, 2015, in Kansas City, Missouri. Stafford, along with his brother Dominique, was involved in the local music scene and signed to a record label called Duced Out Records. The circumstances surrounding Arthur’s death are still unclear, and despite ongoing investigations, no arrests have been made in connection with his murder.
