Before sunrise on June 22, 2025, officers were called to the 3700 block of Flora Avenue in Kansas City, Missouri, for a reported shooting. They found 17-year-old Camren A. English, a male, inside a vehicle that had come to rest against the curb and was facing the wrong direction. Officers performed life-saving measures until medics arrived and rushed him to a nearby hospital, where the 17-year-old male died a short time later.
