In the summer of 2014, in the coastal town of Saco, Maine, the life of a young boy named Noah Nathaniel Smith, a 7-year-old Caucasian male, was tragically cut short. On the night of July 26th, a horrific event unfolded within the walls of his family's apartment, a place that should have been a sanctuary.
