In the fall of 2007, a dispute in a parking lot in Saco, Maine, escalated into a fatal encounter for 25-year-old Seiha Serey. On the evening of October 27, Serey was at a private party held at the Howard Sports Center. An argument over drug money erupted between Serey, a male of Cape Elizabeth, and 22-year-old Andy Luong of Biddeford. The confrontation quickly turned violent, spilling out into the parking lot where it escalated into a gunfight.
