On October 27, 2007, 25-year-old Seiha Srey of Cape Elizabeth, Maine, was fatally shot during a confrontation with 22-year-old Andy Luong of Biddeford. The incident occurred in the parking lot of the Howard Sports Center in Saco, where both men were attending a private party. An argument over drug money escalated into a gunfight, with Srey wielding a .45-caliber handgun and Luong armed with an AK-47 assault rifle.
