On May 26, 2001, forty-two-year-old Terry Zmuda was shot and killed in Columbus, Ohio. The incident took place at 1354 North 4th Street, where Zmuda sustained a fatal gunshot wound. Despite efforts by law enforcement, the case remains unsolved. The Columbus Police Department is leading the investigation, and the case is classified as a cold case.
