On April 21, 2012, Guy Cason, a 39-year-old man from Columbus, Ohio, was shot and killed in his home on the city's Far East Side. The incident occurred in the 2000 block of Bairsford Drive at around 4:21 p.m. According to investigators, a man knocked on Cason's door, asked for him by name, and then brought up an old dispute before shooting him multiple times in the torso.
