Death by Force

Joseph Kemp, a 39-year-old man from Dallas, Texas, was tragically shot and killed on January 5, 2021. The incident occurred at approximately 8:20 p.m. on the 5000 block of Corrigan Court. When officers arrived at the scene, they found Joseph Kemp with an apparent gunshot wound. He was immediately transported to a nearby hospital, where he was later pronounced dead. The Dallas Police Department launched an investigation into the fatal shooting, urging anyone with information to come forward.
