Nichlos Montay Muldrow, a 29-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on January 12, 2021, in Texarkana, Texas. Muldrow was fatally shot in the parking lot of the Oaklawn Village Shopping Center while sitting in his car. He was transported to a local hospital but succumbed to his injuries.
