De'Angelo Devon "Dee" Handy, an 18-year-old male of African American ethnicity from Texarkana, Texas, tragically lost his life on December 13, 2021. He was a student at Premier High School and worked as a stocker at Rehkopf’s Food Store. Dee was known for his love of sports, fashion, and spending time with family. He was a loving son, brother, uncle, nephew, and grandson.
