Stacy Darrell Vaughn, a 32-year-old man from Texarkana, Texas, tragically lost his life on April 9, 2015. Vaughn was fatally shot during an exchange of gunfire in the early hours of the morning in the 2000 block of West 16th Street. When police arrived at the scene, they found Vaughn lying in the street with a gunshot wound to his upper chest. The suspect, identified as Joshua D. Ray, 25, had fled the scene on foot but was later located and taken into custody.
