Laquinces Quinny Scott, an 18-year-old male from Texarkana, Texas, tragically lost his life on February 7, 2021. He was found deceased from gunshot wounds behind a building at Woodbridge Apartments around 12:30 a.m. The incident occurred following a shooting at the apartment complex, which prompted an investigation by the Texarkana Texas Police Department.
