Casey Dylan Smith, a 28-year-old man from Texarkana, Texas, was tragically shot and killed on March 29, 2016. Smith was waiting for his children's school bus in the 2400 block of Mamie Street when he was approached by three men who allegedly intended to rob him. During the incident, Smith was shot multiple times, and one of the attackers, Marshall Vallejos, also sustained a gunshot wound to the leg.
