Quenton Minniefield, a 48-year-old male of African American ethnicity from Texarkana, Texas, tragically died on June 13, 2020. He was fatally shot multiple times by Robert Sentell Moore, a 40-year-old resident of Texarkana, Texas, at Moore's apartment in the early hours of the morning. Minniefield was pronounced dead at the scene.
