Arely Sotelo Navarrette, a 37-year-old woman of Hispanic ethnicity from Odessa, Texas, tragically passed away on January 8, 2022. She was a dedicated mother and a beloved member of her community, known for her vivacious personality and love for soccer and her Green Bay Packers.
