Phillis Pamela Rodriguez, a 44-year-old woman of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically passed away on January 10, 2017, in Odessa, Texas. She was fatally shot multiple times in the early hours of the morning at her residence on the 1300 block of East 36th Street. The incident occurred around 1:30 a.m., and Phillis was pronounced dead at the scene.
