Heather Leann Hernandez Rodriguez, a 28-year-old woman of Hispanic ethnicity from Odessa, Texas, tragically lost her life on November 11, 2021. Her death was the result of a senseless act of domestic violence. Heather was a devoted and caring mother to her three children and was well-loved by her family and friends.
