Peter Valentin Moreno-Deschamps, a 33-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically shot and killed on June 3, 2022, in Houston, Texas. The incident occurred around 12:40 a.m. at 9700 Beechnut Street, where Houston Police Department officers responded to a shooting call.
