Death by Force

David Fiscal, a 35-year-old man from Houston, Texas, tragically lost his life on April 16, 2022. Fiscal was sitting in his wheelchair outside a nightclub in the 6800 block of South Gessner Road when he was approached by a masked man. The assailant, later identified as 24-year-old Miguel Angel Nicanor Bartolo, shot Fiscal multiple times. Fiscal was pronounced dead at the scene.
