Diego Barrera, a 21-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically lost his life on December 22, 2019, in Houston, Texas. The incident occurred outside Headliners Sports Bar in northwest Harris County. Surveillance footage revealed that Barrera and another victim, Alturion Banks, were shot multiple times by two men, Jason Cisneros and Xavier Fletcher, after an altercation in Barrera's car.
