Hermfilio Frances, a 40-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, was tragically found shot to death in his apartment in southwest Houston, Texas, on April 5, 2018. The incident was reported at 6:32 a.m. in the 10600 block of Beechnut Street, near Wilcrest Drive.
