Hermfilio Frances, a 40-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, was tragically found shot to death in his apartment in southwest Houston, Texas, on April 5, 2018. The incident was reported at 6:32 a.m. in the 10600 block of Beechnut Street, near Wilcrest Drive. When officers arrived at the scene, they discovered that the apartment door had been damaged by gunfire, and Frances was found on the floor with multiple gunshot wounds.
