Leonard Prince III, an 18-year-old male from Houston, Texas, tragically passed away on November 29, 2022. Leonard was found shot to death on railroad tracks in northeast Houston. Investigators believe that Leonard was involved in car burglaries with two other individuals at the time of his death.
