Jamel Clifford Kirk, a 45-year-old African American man, tragically lost his life on February 7, 2025, in Houston, Texas. Jamel was a devoted husband and father, leaving behind his wife, Tiffany Kirk, and four children, ages 8, 11, 17, and 22.
