Joseph Lewis, a 38-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on April 11, 2021, in Houston, Texas. The incident occurred at a motel parking lot on North Shepherd Drive, where Lewis was involved in a confrontation with Jamarcus Renard Toliver, a 32-year-old male.
