Tevin Watkins, a 21-year-old male, tragically lost his life on January 7, 2015, in Houston, Texas. The incident occurred around 2:45 a.m. in the 8000 block of Streamside near West Gulf Bank. Watkins was fatally shot during an altercation between two groups of men. He was transported to Ben Taub General Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
