Alan Neal, a 51-year-old male from Houston, Texas, passed away on August 30, 2017. His death was the result of a fatal shooting that occurred in east Houston. On the evening of August 30, 2017, Houston police responded to a shoot-out in the 800 block of Fidelity. Upon arrival, they found Alan Neal riddled with gunshot wounds. He was rushed to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
