Ruben Martinez, a 32-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically lost his life on December 22, 2022, in San Antonio, TX. The incident occurred outside the Oyo Motel, where Ruben was fatally shot. Surveillance footage captured the moment when Noel Villarreal, the perpetrator, shot Ruben Martinez. Another individual, Riley Harkins, was also injured in the incident but survived.
