Delvin Scott, a 20-year-old African American male from San Antonio, Texas, tragically lost his life on May 26, 2019. He was fatally shot in the parking lot of an apartment complex near the University of Texas-San Antonio after attending a college party. According to police reports, the shooting stemmed from an argument that took place during the party. Witnesses reported hearing multiple gunshots and seeing a black Mercedes car driving away from the scene.
