Mark Valdez, a 13-year-old boy from San Antonio, Texas, tragically lost his life on January 1, 2021. The incident occurred just before 9 p.m. on a Friday evening when more than ten rounds of bullets were fired at his house located in the 500 block of W Vestal Place on the city's south side.
