Michael Oliver Otten, a 52-year-old male of German ethnicity, was tragically killed on January 16, 2015, in San Antonio, Texas. Otten, who was born on September 27, 1962, in Bremen, Germany, was a longtime FBI informant involved in a courthouse corruption probe in Bexar County. His death occurred during a shooting in the 400 block of Linda Drive, where he was one of two victims.
