Johnnie Mobley Jr., a 61-year-old man from San Antonio, TX, tragically lost his life on January 17, 2022. He was one of five people shot during a Martin Luther King Jr. Day celebration on the East Side of San Antonio. The shooting occurred around 7 p.m. in the 700 block of Spriggsdale Boulevard near Interstate 10 and Martin Luther King Jr. Drive. The incident was described as random, with no specific target, and the shooter fled the scene.
