Jesse Alviar Jr., a 16-year-old Hispanic male from San Antonio, Texas, tragically lost his life on February 23, 2020, due to a shooting incident at Father Albert Benavidez Park. Jesse was at the park with a group of friends when a confrontation erupted with another group, leading to the fatal shooting. Two other teenagers were injured in the incident.
