On October 5, 2024, 39-year-old Pete Hosea Castillo Jr. was found deceased in San Antonio, Texas. His body was discovered on an abandoned golf cart near Walker Ranch Park, located in the 12600 block of West Avenue. A park police officer patrolling the North Salado Creek Greenway System noticed the golf cart wedged into overgrown shrubbery. Upon closer inspection, the officer found Castillo's body concealed under a tarp in the passenger seat.
