Curtis T. Williams, aged 31, tragically lost his life on July 26, 2015, in Saint Louis, Missouri. On that day, officers responded to a call reporting a shooting in the 3000 block of N. Newstead. Upon arrival, they discovered Williams lying unconscious in a vacant lot. He had sustained multiple gunshot wounds to the buttocks, chest, and back, and was pronounced dead at the scene.
