Xavier Avila, a 29-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically shot and killed on November 26, 2018, in San Antonio, Texas. Avila was a talented tattoo artist working at Nite Owl Tattoo Studio and a devoted father to his 7-year-old daughter, Aalyah.
