Emanuel Oliver Wykle, a 25-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on January 24, 1998, in Knoxville, Tennessee. He was fatally shot near Club Royal on McCalla Avenue, alongside Phillip Delantia Wilkerson Jr., who was also shot but survived. The incident remains an unsolved case, with no arrests or suspects identified to date.
