Diondus Billings, a 27-year-old African American male from Knoxville, TN, tragically lost his life on October 29, 2017. He was found dead in the street along the 900 block of Baker Avenue on Knoxville's south side. The investigation revealed that Billings was lured to the location under the pretense of a drug deal.
